The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in the Philippines.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on qpjl. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If qpjl identifies that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts may be suspended immediately, any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and up to date. If any of your details change, you must update your account information promptly. qpjl will not be liable for any losses or complications arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our regulatory obligations, qpjl conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. qpjl supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Philippine-based payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your qpjl account. qpjl reserves the right to return deposits to their source if third-party funding is detected.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. qpjl aims to process most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests being handled at any given time.

5.3 Currency and Fees

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). qpjl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. qpjl is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

qpjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

qpjl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

6.3 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotional terms will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. qpjl is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original promotional terms.

All games available on the qpjl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the game server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative.

qpjl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

qpjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

You may close your qpjl account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13 — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
